Sekrepatu Vacation Apartments
Vacation apartments starting at €15 a day.
Sekrepatu has 2 residential complexes with completely furnished apartments which are offered as vacation houses. The residential complex Sekrepatu Dyari at the Laurastraat 15f and the residential complex Sekrepatu Woonpark at the Kaffiludistraat/ Rodastraat.
Currently, the Sekrepatu Foundation has 258 houses spread over 4 residential complexes
The foundation also sells 33 ready-to-build lots situated at the complex Buiten at Tout Lui Faut. The complexes were build according to a standard concept and are maintained according to a standard program, which guarantees the living pleasure.
The rental prices of the Sekrepatu houses are in Euros and should be paid in Euros, because of the foreign debt obligations of the foundation

The Housing Foundation Sekrepatu was founded in 2000 and was an initiative of the Brasa Foundation, which consists of the Development Company of the County of Amsterdam and three housing corporations of Amsterdam. The primary goal of the foundation is to contribute to the improvement of the housing accommodations in Suriname. This is accomplished by developing, renting and managing houses projects.
In the past years, Sekrepatu has proven to be a solid organization with a good reputation in the area of developing and managing housing projects. With regard to the establishment and management of housing projects, the foundation has earned an unmistakable position in the Surinamese society since it was founded.
